Getting Started
-
A Wellness & Self-Empowerment Coach helps you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and become more intentional about how you want to live. Through supportive conversations, mindfulness practices, reflection, and practical tools, we help you recognize patterns, build confidence, manage everyday stress, and take meaningful steps forward. You remain in the driver’s seat. Our role is to listen, guide, and help you discover what feels supportive and right for you.
Coaching is educational and growth-focused; it is not therapy or a substitute for mental health or medical care.
-
Martha offers one-on-one wellness and self-empowerment coaching, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, nervous-system support, shadow work, and educational classes and community experiences. Her approach is warm, practical, and personalized. She meets you where you are and helps you slow down, understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and choose tools that fit your life.
All services are educational and supportive—not therapy or medical care.
-
No. Coaching and therapy can both be supportive, but they serve different purposes. Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional and may include diagnosing and treating mental health conditions or working through trauma. Coaching is educational and focused on the present and future. Martha helps you build awareness, explore patterns, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Coaching does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
-
