The Age of AI

We are living through one of the most transformative times in human history.

AI is already changing how we live. And in a life where it’s easy to spend the whole day taking care of things and still feel like there was no time for yourself, I wonder what it could help us make room for.

What if AI could take a few of those little things off our plates? It can help plan dinner, organize a busy week, or break a task we’ve been avoiding into smaller steps.

The future I’m curious about is one where technology gives us more room for life: a walk outside, a real conversation, or a moment to pause and ask, How am I doing?

At Wellness New England, we’re exploring how new tools can support wellness and human connection in everyday life. And I’d love to know what you think.
